I obtained my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Concordia University. I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at McGill University and a psychologist at the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Unit of the McGill University Health Centre. I help adults who are struggling with anxiety disorders (e.g., panic attacks, social anxiety, worry, phobias, health anxiety), obsessive-compulsive disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, perfectionism, insomnia, difficulties with repetitive behaviours (e.g., tics, hair-pulling, skin-picking), stress, and relationship and self-esteem issues.
I primarily rely on cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT) in treatment and tailor my interventions to my clients’ individual needs by incorporating elements from cognitive processing therapy (CPT), dialectical-behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, if needed.
I offer online therapy to clients living in Quebec or Ontario. I approach treatment with empathy and consistently ensure a mutual understanding of the problem with my clients. I am happy to provide treatment in English or French.
