As a Registered Psychotherapist in the Province of Ontario, I have been working in the field of counselling for over twenty years, providing Psychotherapy and Counseling to adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings. In a collaborative, compassionate and non-judgemental environment, I take an integrative approach, drawing upon a variety of interventions including cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic, relational and solution focused strategies. I hope to foster healing experiences for my clients that are empowering and pro-active.
I'm particularly interested in a range of issues including interpersonal difficulties, symptoms of depression, anxiety, complex post-traumatic stress and consequences of childhood trauma & ACOA. I have worked for the Que Ministry of Health and Family Services, EAP services, Women's College Hospital's Trauma Therapy Program in Toronto and in private practice.
