I use a client-centered approach, integrating trauma-informed modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused (SF) techniques tailored to each client’s specific goals. I bring years of experience working with sexual assault survivors and advocating for those affected by gender based violence and human trafficking.
Having navigated my own life challenges, I have a genuine understanding that we all face hardships, but we don’t have to face them alone. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel heard, valued and empowered to explore a path towards transformation through growth.
