As a second generation Filipino Canadian, I am honoured to work with other second gen folks who continually straddle the lines of various cultures and identities to help build that sense of belonging and community.
I am here to help you reflect on how your various cultural identities, relationships and social circumstances intersect and influence your wellbeing, to bring insight to areas which require that extra nurturing and care.
I integrate different therapeutic modalities into my practice and take your lead on what works best.
My background draws from crisis intervention, community health and supporting those impacted by sexual assault and/or intimate partner violence.
