Therapy for anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional healing in a safe, supportive space. Many of the clients I work with are adolescents, young adults, and adults who appear to be managing well on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck on the inside. They may be navigating anxiety, low mood, body image concerns, relationship stress, trauma, or major life transitions, and are looking for a space that feels supportive, understanding, and non-judgmental. They want relief, clarity, emotional balance, and practical tools to help life feel more manageable.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply human. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, tailoring each session to your unique needs and pace. Together, we build insight, emotional balance, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported in everyday life.
