Searching for a therapist can be a daunting task, but you took the first step and started looking for someone to work with. I have over 15 years’ experience supporting people as they navigate life’s challenges. This has included helping people with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, parenting and issues unique to young adults and men. I work to create a non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard, validated, and respected. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and rooted in practical strategies that make therapy both meaningful and impactful.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with additional trauma informed training in Mindfulness-Based Somatic Therapy. ACT helps individuals accept their thoughts and feelings, clarify their values and take committed action towards creating meaning. ACT can help reduce suffering by changing our relationship to thoughts and feelings.
I work alongside clients to understand the challenges they are facing and identify the most effective solutions that align with their core values and personal goals. By nurturing this collaborative and empathetic process, I help clients unlock their potential and navigate their path toward healing.
