About
If you’re overwhelmed or stuck, or you’ve lost something precious, I can help. If your child is struggling with feelings, or behaviour, or learning, I can help with that, too. My strength lies in helping you identify and celebrate your own unique strengths. I'm certified by the CCPA, and for years I've worked with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds. I offer my clients empathy, respect, curiosity, and honesty.
I have expertise in childhood emotions and behaviours, anxiety and stress, celebrating 2SLGBTQ+ identities, self-harm, suicide prevention, trauma response, parenting, and school problems. I have experience as a special education teacher and school counsellor. I help children navigate the complexities of school in cities and First Nations communities.
I was born of settlers in Saskatchewan, on Treaty 6 territory and the homeland of the Metis. I am grateful now to live on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations.
