I am here for you, working with clients from diverse backgrounds dealing with various psychosocial stressors, identity issues, relational dynamics both in their personal and/ work life. I work with clients seeking to make sense of their lived experiences, dealing with feelings of disempowerment and want to live their life with dignity, respect, and hope. My clients have history of trauma, intergenerational issues, parenting, MH issues, work stressors, conflict, refugee and immigration issues (IFHP), burnout, workplace violence & harassment issues and injured workers through WSIB's MH POC, and are fully covered by WSIB.
I am trained in various evidence-based modalities and interventions, and use a holistic lens that incorporates and integrates all aspects of the individual experiences (psychological, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual), that is client centered and eclectic. I speak various languages like, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu to meet the unique needs of the clients.
I am a compassionate and caring person, committed to creating a comfortable and supportive space that is non-judgmental for you, so that you can connect at a deeper level with your own true and authentic self.
