I work to meet people where they are and help them to unravel psychological problems that are negatively impacting their lives. My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportively confrontational. It's collaborative because I’ll explain what we’re doing and why, so that we can engage in the process together. It's supportively confrontational because something isn't working and needs to change. My goal is to help people to get back on the path towards happiness and living as well as they can.
I specialize in sex and sexuality related disorders (such as "sex addiction," sexual abuse, performance anxiety, & ED), trauma and stress related disorders (such as PTSD) from a variety of causes, mood disorders (such as Anxiety and Depression), and Cluster C personality disorders (OCPD, AVPD, & Dependent PD).
