CURRENLTY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. With twenty years experience in the mental health field, I can support your path to recovery from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. My approach integrates evidence based methods, such as CBT, along with other therapies such as Gestalt, EMDR, and Clinical Hypnotherapy. My integrative approach gives more tools to address complex issues, resolve issues at the root cause, and create positive personality change. I provide a positive therapeutic experience meeting you with authenticity, support, and compassion. I see individuals and couples.
My commitment is to help you shift out of unhealthy patterns keeping you stuck in fear, guilt, blame, and shame. Living life stuck in "pain patterns," robs you of your peace, potential and happiness. I will work with you to clear negative patterns based in subconscious programming at the root cause. Move forward with restored hope and meaning.

Assertiveness Training for Men One Day Workshop
On Sunday, March 22nd from 10am-4pm, Jason Koenigbaur, RP and Rob Sacco, RP will provide a one day workshop on assertiveness training for men. Men who find themselves either shutting down or acting agressively when communicating with others will find this workshop very beneficial. Studies have shown adopting an “assertive communication style,” which is based on expressing feelings confidently while respecting the feelings of others helps improve mood by reducing anxiety and depression. Men who learn to be assertive feel better about themselves because their family and friends respect and admire their confidence and can feel closer to them.
