Therapy with me is an empowering, purposeful place for exploring change and increasing self awareness. We will work together to help you develop a kinder, wiser, more present and flexible relationship with yourself, while considering the unique social, cultural, and systemic influences in your life. You will find that I am warm, approachable and motivated to help you transition from a place of struggle to thriving. I work well with people in high stress situations, with relationship and parenting issues, recovering from abuse, who struggle with overwork, perfectionism, anxiety, self doubt, and those seeking a meaningful life.
‘Life is about the journey, not the destination.’ My own journey embraces lifelong learning and diverse life experiences – so I know that life journeys also come with deep challenges such as relationship conflict, trauma, shame, struggles with meaning, perfectionism and finding balance. I support you in moving from difficult parts of life to well-being.
Flexible in approach, I draw from therapies that include working together on the mind-body connection, to be more curious and accepting of our own experiences, to develop strategies to move through challenges in life, to heal residual pain from the past, and to create a healthier sense of self and more satisfying relationships.
