Jason specializes in supporting individuals and couples navigating trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges and family dynamics. Using an evidence based approach grounded in narrative therapy and cognitive therapies, meaning he sees each client as the expert in their own life, Jason believes in the power of storytelling, connection, and personal meaning as tools for healing. Today there are so many stressors that we have to deal with on an individual basis that can impact our overall ability to function and succeed.
