I am a registered social worker providing counselling to adults navigating grief, loss, caregiving stress, and life transitions. I support clients who may be experiencing overwhelm, emotional fatigue, or difficulty making sense of complex or shifting life circumstances. I also work with couples seeking support with communication challenges, relational impasses, and strengthening emotional connection.

I have particular experience supporting individuals caring for loved ones at end of life, as well as those experiencing anticipatory grief, feeling disconnected or strained in relationships, and identity transitions.
