I use an exploratory approach aimed at uncovering underlying emotions and recurring patterns, catering to individuals dealing with complex emotional challenges. My focus lies in supporting those experiencing complicated grief, identity-based traumas, depression, and anxiety, helping them gain a holistic understanding and management of these emotions. I also work with clients navigating relationship difficulties, exploring issues related to race and culture, and addressing women’s reproductive health concerns. Together, our goal is to promote healing, self-awareness, and empowerment.
Drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness practices and depth psychology, I employ a holistic approach to delve into the root causes of my clients' struggles.
Counselling is a deeply relational and collaborative process; together, we navigate the complexities of emotions, uncovering resilience and fostering authentic connections that lead to lasting change and fulfillment. The therapeutic relationship forms the cornerstone of healing, and I invite you to reflect on if we would be a good fit by reaching out.
