Cognitive-behavioural therapy helps people to understand the thinking patterns that lead to stress and unhappiness. I help my clients to change these patterns and provide concrete tools they can use on their own.
In addition to my traditional office practice, I also offer equine(horse) assisted therapy, in Erin, On. Taking place on the ground only, clients engage in problem solving activities with horses and then process the thoughts and feelings that arise. Clients are able to see the immediate cause and effect of their behaviour.
