I work with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship issues and loved ones of have completed the supervision training through Laurier University's Continuing Education Program. I pride myself on building connections with my clients through education and mutual respect. I enjoy laughing with my clients and learning together. I pride myself on being down to earth and providing a relaxed environment for clients to grow. I am trained in IFS, CBT, DBT and mindfulness. I also offer supervision to new therapists. I offer group and individual supervision. I am available for virtual appointments only at this time.

Peer Supervision Group
Peer supervision is a cost effective way to earn your supervision hours for CRPO. We begin with a meditation and then build the agenda around group member requests. This is a great place to learn from other therapists, ask questions about cases, learn about valuable resources and network.
