It can feel exhausting to keep pushing through when anxiety, relationship stress, or past traumas weigh you down. Maybe you’re stuck in cycles of overthinking or self-doubt, trying to hold it all together. Or maybe your relationships are feeling disconnected, repeating the same arguments, or struggling to communicate. It makes sense that you’re tired. And it’s okay to want something different, something better! I offer trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples—especially BIPOC, Queer folks, and children of immigrants—who are ready to stop people-pleasing, quiet the inner critic, and build relationships that feel good.
As a bi-cultural queer woman, immigrant, parent, and survivor of sorts, I hold deep respect for the complexity of your story and intersections of your identities. I offer a brave, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome—your contradictions, fears, hopes, and truths. My approach is warm, relational, and real.
I draw from IFS, ACT, DBT, EFT, and anti-oppressive, liberation-focused frameworks to support you in reconnecting with your values and move through the hard stuff with compassionate & effective support. Therapy can be YOUR space to be more fully, freely you. Book a free 15-min consult and let's get you the individualized support you deserve!
