Hello There, If you or a family member is a First Responder, Veteran, Frontline Medical worker or works with our corrections system, I may be the therapist for you! I primarily work with trauma exposed professions. Flashbacks, nightmares, anger outbursts, dissociation, anxiety, panic attacks, and depression are symptoms that you don't have to live with! And those interpersonal relationships (at work, home and socially) can be improved. With 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record of helping people move forward from their sustain operational stress injuries.

I'm a self-proclaimed brain geek with background in research related the brain, behavior and cognitive science. I bring to my practice 15+ years of experience where I use a combination of therapeutic approaches and my understanding of brain/biological functioning to help my clients move from a stuck position to a happier, healthier place.

I have experience working with the LGBTQ community as well as individuals from a variety of religious backgrounds (I have an interest in world religions). I welcome questions and am happy to help people find the appropriate therapist if it's not me! Looking forward to speaking to you.
