In my practice, I support trauma survivors through a compassionate, paced approach that helps reduce the impact of past experiences, regulate the nervous system, and rebuild safety and self-trust. The goal is not only coping, but reconnecting with meaning, resilience, and a renewed sense of possibility.
I help people work through painful experiences, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with themselves. I use approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT. My practice is trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and grounded in respectful, strengths-based care. All parts of you are welcome here.
