You may be seeking support with trauma, anxiety, anger, perfectionism, boundaries, grief, loneliness, or feeling othered. My aim is to help you feel truly seen and understood, and to help you get to know the different parts of yourself in a relaxed and compassionate way. My approach is rooted in non-judgment, curiosity, and genuine warmth, incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative therapy, Somatics, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) as needed.
