I help clients heal trauma, anxiety, depression, navigate dissociation and C‑PTSD/PTSD, or mental health diagnoses and work through relationship challenges and life transitions. Using approaches like DBR, EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, I offer a grounded, supportive space to explore patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
