For the past 15 years, I have been working with women. men and adolescents from a variety of cultural backgrounds who struggle with anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, self-worth issues, stress management and childhood trauma. I will partner with you collaboratively one step at a time, working towards your goals for therapy.

During a session, you will experience support and guidance within an atmosphere of openness and acceptance.
