I work with people facing life-transitions, whether, health status, relationship status or work pressures adjustment, planning and support tailored for these situations can help. Whether the adjustment to one’s circumstances is invited or not, I help people not only manage the multifaceted nature of transitions and loss, I take a whole-person approach to addressing the many asocial, psychological, emotional, spiritual and functional aspects of living “WELL”alongside these circumstances helping individuals, families find ways to not just cope, but even thrive through the most challenging of circumstances.
I am an MSW prepared therapist with almost 30 years experience in both Community and Health Care settings. Using a strengths based, client and solution focussed approach, I use tenets of the modalities of CBT, ACT, FST and Narrative therapies based on the needs of the client and best practice for the presented need.
I work between the hours of 11am and 7pm to give flexibility of day or evening appointments. My Sessions are virtual over the computer, tablet or phone, but in person appointments are available if you prefer.
