Having spent over 30 years in the human relations field, I bring a wealth of experience to my therapeutic work. I am a skilled psychotherapist who has worked in a not-for-profit agency setting in downtown Toronto, as an EAP counsellor and as an educator in a psychotherapy training program. I have spent thousands of hours with patients with a wide range of conditions, concerns, challenges and problems. I have been privileged to help patients work on their personal growth and healing in the context of a trusting psychotherapeutic relationship.
I work with patients in a relational way. I believe when two (or more) people sit down together in a trusting and mutually respectful relationship, struggles become less burdensome, problems have the potential to be resolved, relationships can be mended and persons can heal and grow.
I am currently accepting 1–2 supervisees for individual CRPO clinical supervision. My approach is relational and psychodynamically informed, with over 25 years of clinical experience.
