I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive People (HSP) as well as those who suffer with anxiety and/or depression.
The work I do is unique in that my training and background in Nursing, Psychotherapy, HSP education, Psychology, and Spirituality allows me to understand and work with clients from a multifaceted approach.
As a HSP and empath myself, I believe the body/emotions/spirit connection is a powerful combination to heal the whole self.
The Holistic approach I is use is comprised of many modalities that I have studied over 28 years working as a Psychotherapist including: Mindfulness, CBT, Body Awareness, HSP psychoeducation, Childhood trauma work, Self-Awareness. Guided imagery, Energy work, Spiritual focus (that is in accordance with clients spiritual beliefs)
Every time we react strongly to something, we are being triggered by some old wound from the past. I can help you get out of the pattern of just reacting to life and instead take a pause and see what is being triggered in you instead. That shift makes all the difference.
