I firmly believe that peace and wholeness are your birthright and I will be honoured to walk beside you on your journey. We are all unique, and there is no one size fits all approach to counselling. I use a variety of tools and techniques in supporting clients, but my greatest strength lies in my desire to truly see and hear you, and support you in clarifying and reaching the goals that you set for yourself. Though we will work together, this is your journey! I encourage you to use the 15 minute introductory sessions to find a counsellor you feel you can trust.
My hope, faith, and counsel are anchored in the Word of God and my Christian faith. It is from this foundation that I have supported survivors of childhood trauma, addiction, human trafficking, as well as deep, painful losses of many kinds. Your issues are not too big or too small and you are of great worth to God. You are worth the effort!
