I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I strive to create a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, deepen your self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change. Together, we will identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical skills to support lasting emotional well-being.

My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), somatic approaches, play-based interventions for children, and trauma-informed, trauma-responsive care to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

Beginning therapy is a meaningful step, and finding the right fit is an important part of the process. I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation where you can ask questions, discuss what you're hoping to gain from therapy, and determine whether we're a good fit.
