I bring a humanistic and experiential approach to therapy and am ready to meet you wherever you are at on your journey. I wholeheartedly welcome and accept clients of all ethnicities, religious backgrounds, and sexual orientations. Empathetic listening and a tailored approach will offer the support you need. I am experienced with addressing a wide array of concerns, including perinatal mood disorders and postpartum depression/anxiety. I am dedicated and honoured to support you and your family through these sensitive times.

I am certified in Level 1 of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and families and continue to nurture these skills. I also integrate ACT and IFS theory. I use an attachment lens to support a trauma-informed approach. Additionally, I have received specialized training for bereavement and infertility support.

Central to my expertise is flexibility and adaptability, ensuring the therapeutic process fits best for each client’s goals.
