Parenthood can feel nothing like you expected. You may be overwhelmed by anxiety, guilt, or emotions that feel unfamiliar and heavy. At Cedar Mountain Counselling, I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, grief, and identity shifts.
At Red River North CTS, I work with children, youth, adults, and families. I am currently completing my MSW in Clinical Social Work with this agency, specializing in child and youth mental health. This means your child or teen is supported by someone who is actively applying advanced training, theory, and evidence‑informed practice in real time.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I am an eclectic practitioner who integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, thoughtfully selecting and adapting approaches to fit your unique needs, goals, and context. As a social worker, I also attend to how systems, power, and structural barriers shape lived experience.
My experiences navigating adolescence and parenthood have inspired me to offer a therapeutic space where individuals feel heard, validated, and supported.
