I enjoy working with clients from many different walks of life, including folks who are part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, from different cultures, and older adults.
I also specialize in helping clients heal from interpersonal trauma. Traumatic events overwhelm our ability to cope, and can have lasting impacts on our lives. After trauma, it can be difficult to feel like yourself, feel safe, maintain healthy relationships, and even leave the house. Healing from trauma is absolutely possible.
