Hello! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who is passionate about supporting clients to navigate challenging life events, explore their identity and address mental health concerns. I am a neurodivergent, queer woman with french ancestry. I live on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabeg, Ininiwak, Anisininewuk, Dakota Oyate, Dene and Inuit peoples, and on the National Homeland of the Red River Métis peoples. I understand that without action, acknowledgment is meaningless and am committed to continued growth and education on how I can better respect, learn from and advocate for all Indigenous peoples.

Having struggled with identity, sexuality, self esteem, depression and anxiety from a young age, I became fascinated with learning about psychology and the nervous system to begin my healing process. I specialize in working with neurodivergent and queer communities and many other client populations. I draw from various modalities to meet your unique needs.

I support clients virtually (online via video or telephone) across Canada. I do not offer direct billing at this time. Many insurance providers offer coverage for RCCs (Registered Clinical Counsellors). Please check your insurance and policy details. As an RCC with the BCACC (British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors), my services are exempt from HST and GST.
