I welcome children, teens, adults, couples, and families. During the first few appointments with clients, be they in-person or virtual, precious time is taken to establish a strong therapeutic relationship; a connection deeply rooted in emotional safety and trust. A solid relationship is critical for the facilitation of authentic self-exploration and successful therapeutic outcomes. Within the confidential counselling space, the client and I collaboratively establish therapy goals and create a plan that supports personal growth and goal achievement. Given each client is unique, therapy is personalized.
Like Irvin D. Yalom, "I believe that a different therapy must be constructed for each patient because each has a unique story." Given the process is individualized, I strive to discover my clients' learning styles to support "best practice" therapeutic approaches. My young, hands-on learners significantly benefit from many creative art/play activities.
If you are committed to overcoming obstacles that are interfering with the growth of your self-awareness, self-acceptance and the discovery of your unique voice, feel free to connect with me. Finding a "good fit" in therapy is paramount. If I'm not the best fit for you, I'm more than happy to help you find someone who is.

I work closely with clients struggling with occupational 'Burn Out"; particularly teachers striving to cope with the comprehensive stressors associated with classroom teaching. My therapeutic approach illuminates mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, self-compassion, and self-care skills.
