It’s common to get used to holding a lot on your own—especially when you’re used to being the one others rely on. Eventually, that can start to feel overwhelming or hard to untangle. In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you don’t have to carry it alone, and where we can sort through what’s been coming up in a way that feels real and manageable.
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who works with youth, adults, and families. I bring experience supporting neurodiverse individuals, and I often work with clients around anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem.
Many of the families and individuals I work with are trying to make things feel a bit more manageable in their day to day life. This can look like supporting a child with big emotions, navigating parenting stress, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change.
If this sounds familiar, I’d be glad to connect.
