My approach is relational, combining the best of brain science and clinical evidence to provide lasting results. Together we will explore adverse experiences and the resulting toxic stress that has had an impact on you. I have over 20 years of clinical counselling experience. I am certified in the top therapeutic modalities, specifically CBT, DBT, IPT, EMDR, and trauma focussed therapy. My clients frequently refer me to others which is the highest compliment and testament to my skills.
