My approach centres around helping you return to a place of self-compassion and self-validation to decrease insecurities and feel more deeply connected to the important people in your circle.

I provide therapy in an empathetic, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental atmosphere to support you through trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, body image and self-esteem concerns and perfectionism.
