On leave from March 2025 - 2026 I am grateful for your trust to enter the vicarious learning journey of healing, insight and balance, and self-discovery in areas that may be challenging. As a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) located in Calgary, AB, and a British Columbia Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I am interested in offering support to children above 7 years, young adults, adults, and couples and families. This beginning may bring nerves and hesitancies, though be assured that you are not alone and I will meet you where you are in a safe, respectful space that honours authenticity and you at the center of re-balancing.

Through our work together I will use cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed, strengths-based practices to support you in drawing out insight, balance, and healing to some of the areas you may experience challenges.
