My journey to becoming a psychotherapist started because I have always cared about people and their overall well being. I realized I could help others in their healing process by way of providing therapy. I truly believe that by talking about our challenges in a safe and comfortable environment with a compassionate and trained listener change and healing can happen. I also recognize this can be a scary step for some to take and I will work at whatever pace is best for the individual. I have my Masters in Social Work and have been working with children, adolescents, families and adults for over 15 years.
I have extensive training and experience in providing therapy for those dealing with a vast array of emotional challenges such as, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, sexualized behaviour and addiction. I also enjoy offering support and safe space for student through clinical supervision.
I believe in providing a safe space for anyone wanting to talk and work through any challenges they are facing. I'm always ready to listen and help in the healing process. I am ready to collaborate and work together to relieve stress and make change.
