I work with Children & Youth, Families, Couples, and Individuals. A strong focus is working with Divorce/Separation/Co-Parenting, Family Restructuring/Blending, Addiction, Disordered Eating, Learning Differences and Neurodivergence. I strive to walk with clients to further support them in building the necessary tools to navigate challenging life events, and to experience more beauty and growth. I excel at fostering genuine connections with people across diverse backgrounds. Since reaching out is never easy, I aim to provide a safe, trusting, compassionate space to explore or process issues.
I have been providing services for private and public schools, rehabilitation centres, behavioural consulting firms, Indigenous Bands, hospitals, and non-profit agencies since 2008. I am a Child Specialist and Co-Parenting/Divorce Clinician. I am member of BC Collaborative Roster Society, IACP, & CDV. Additionally, I provide training and workshops.
I work from a client centred approach that invites clients into play therapy at times, or reworking their story from a Narrative perspective, and focusing on realistic solutions.
