Like the phases of the moon, life moves through cycles of light and shadow. Some phases feel heavier, and in those times, support can make all the difference. Whether you’re navigating parenting struggles, mental health challenges, or trauma, you don’t have to face it alone. I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can feel seen and supported. I’m especially passionate about women’s mental health - moms, those facing postpartum or birth-related challenges, and individuals healing from religious or purity culture trauma. I also support 2SLGBTQ+ clients and people of all genders living with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and CPTSD.
My therapeutic style is person-centred and collaborative. With a foundation rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I integrate elements of parts work (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
Above all, my goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you with warmth, empathy, and curiosity, while helping you connect with your strengths and move toward living a more authentic and fulfilling life.
