Sometimes it feels like we are doing everything we can to hold it all together and yet it's not getting any better. You are definitely not alone! I grew up in a small town but moved to Fredericton 12 years ago to acquire my BA in Psychology & Sociology, and my Masters in Counselling Psychology. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) in addition to a Licensed Counselling Therapist (LCT). When I'm not fuelling my soul with sports, friends/family and some yummy food at a local restaurant, I am in the office doing my dream job of supporting children, youth and adults as they find ways to feel their best.
My counselling style is influenced by a variety of different approaches in order to best help my clients deal with issues such as anger, anxiety, depression, guilt, relationships, people-pleasing tendencies, boundaries, self-esteem, stress and much more.
