I provide remote therapy and assessment in Alberta and Ontario. Are you looking to make a change? I primarily work with OCD, anxiety, eating disorders (including weight management/binge eating), and conduct psychological testing/evaluation. I also often work with traumatic stress disorders, substance use concerns (what are often referred to as addictions or dependencies), ADHD, and anger issues. I use a compassionate, non-judgmental and confidential approach. I provide services across the lifespan, but focus most of my time working with adults and youth.
My work over my career has focused on substance use disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, traumatic stress, anger, weight management, various forms of disordered eating, mood disorders, anxiety, and psychosis. I have offered clinical services in a number of settings including community health care, treatment facilities and post-secondary schools.
I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I'm passionate about providing exceptional and professional care to clients who choose to work with me. I offer appointments throughout the morning, afternoon and evening Tuesdays through Friday.
