Hi, I’m Jakob! I strive to create a space where you can be yourself, fully and without judgment. I am passionate about walking alongside you as you navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship or identity transitions. I would be glad to support you through whatever may be getting in the way of living your life more fully. I am currently completing my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, which means as an intern, I am able to offer sessions at an affordable rate ($40-60 per hour/sliding scale).
I tend to approach our work through a systemic, attachment-based, and relational lens. I believe that healing happens in connection and through accepting our authentic selves. Therapy with me is collaborative. I consider it a privilege to sit with you through things that feel heavy and hard.
