Over the years, I have developed a special interest in working with youth managing their intense emotions. I thoroughly enjoy working with youth to build on internal strengths and skills while also developing new skills and perspectives to live a more balanced & fulfilling life. I can assist with such issues as anxiety, anger management, emotional regulation, problem-solving, friendship skills, bullying, self-esteem building and ADHD. I look forward to working with you!
I aspire to open doors for children and youth by working with them to recognize their skills and their power to succeed. My counselling skills coupled with my competency to uncover and define the underlying feelings behind my clients’ behaviours makes it possible for me to identify challenges and to work together with them to come up with solutions.
