I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. My background spans cancer research and 15 years as a fitness trainer and business owner. With over 25 years of experience in the health & helping fields, I blend science with compassion, curiosity, growth, and genuine connection.
