Are you feeling there are areas of your life that are not as fulfilling as they could be? Maybe your struggling with your sex life, or anxiety is making you feel overwhelmed and unmotivated? Unhappiness in one area of our lives can negatively affect all areas of our lives. My passion is providing therapy to clients in the following areas to help improve their overall wellbeing: healthy relationship connection, sex therapy, infidelity, unhealthy attachments styles, conflict resolution, anxiety, low motivation, addictions, fetishes, BDSM, Kink,pre-marital counseling, co-parenting, working through separations, and ethical non-monogamy.
I use a range of therapeutic modalities with a special focus in The Gottman Method Couples Counselling, Sex Therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Trauma Informed Approach. I provide a safe and relaxed anti-oppressive atmosphere with non-judgmental and client-center approach to practice.
My approach to therapy is to support clients to be empowered to create change in their lives in a manner that suits their needs, beliefs, and lifestyle. My style is empathic, interactive, and motivational and I believe in building on existing strengths while using evidence-based models.
