Consciously you may understand the value of changing a behaviour, but unless your deeper mind is transformed, change is not likely. Attempting to bring about enduring change without eliminating these "ghosts from the past" is like trying to repair the structure of a building by applying a coat of paint. Using a gentle, painless, and fun approach to therapy, I create immediate and lasting change through brain-changing conversations, teaching you how to stress-proof and play your brain for change.
Sessions focus on eliminating the negative emotional or behavioural influence of traumatic events, whether these experiences are remembered, repressed or forgotten. Communicating with the emotional part of brain while pinpointing exact events to resolve allows change to be complete and rapid with dramatic improvements in thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
Unlike other forms of treatment, with RRT and brain changing conversations of EPI, it is not necessary to relive past events or experience any pain. My approach combines hypnosis, humour, and sensory experiences to communicate in a way that allows for trauma to be resolved gently and painlessly, allowing you to get more of what is beneficial.
