If you are struggling in these tough times, I can help you find new ways to cope and manage. Together we can identify the root of your stress, find ways to cope with it, and manage your anxiety. My goal in counselling is to go beyond giving you ways to live with your problems.
You are always the focus of the counselling session, and I adjust my approach to best meet the your concerns or needs. My specialties are working with stress and anxiety, marriage and relationships, and ADHD symptoms. However, I help people with a range of concerns.
