My belief is that play and creativity is within all of us, and has the ability to help us grow and heal!

As an art therapist, I combine my eclectic training with a client centred approach working with you to find creative solutions to attain your therapeutic goals. Ultimately, I follow you in the therapy, as I believe everyone has the power to access their own unique healing journey. Together we will witness and reflect on your creative self-discoveries.
