I provide compassionate counselling for grief & loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationships & mental performance. You may be holding it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain on the inside. I provide a safe, welcoming space where you can be heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover your strengths, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. Let's walk together to find clarity in the chaos.

I work with adults and teens using trauma-informed care, CBT, parts work and narrative therapy while highlighting a person-centered and strength-based approach. Together, we’ll tailor therapy to your unique needs, helping you navigate grief, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and mental performance concerns.

Outside of work, I’m a competitive curler and coach, as well a proud dog mom to a Mini Bernedoodle. I understand the value of support, perspective, and resilience both in life and in sport.
