I’m incredibly passionate about intersectionality and the ways in which our held identities inform how we navigate relationships, health & well-being, trauma, and the world as a whole. I recognize how challenging it can be to find safe and affirming spaces that take these identities into account, especially when working towards personal growth, self-exploration, and healing. I root my work in intersectionality and feminism, preferring an integrative process using different aspects of multiple theories and approaches.
